David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit aSwedish speakingInside Sales Representative for their office in Athens, Greece.  

 

Position: Inside Sales Representative

Location: Athens, Greece 

Work model: Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting and lead generation activities

  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline from initial contact through to conversion

  • Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities within target accounts

  • Conduct product demonstrations and present solutions to prospective customers

  • Support project management activities and follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle

  • Guide customers through onboarding processes and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Manage customer relationships throughout the customer lifecycle, including renewals and upselling opportunities

  • Proactively inform customers about new product developments and relevant upgrades

  • Understand customer business and technical requirements and recommend appropriate solutions

  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders

  • Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with internal reporting processes

  • Achieve sales targets, conversion goals, and performance KPIs.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native-level proficiency in Swedish , English B2-C1

  • Minimum 2 years of business development, outbound sales, or lead generation experience

  • Strong outbound prospecting and lead qualification skills

  • Experience conducting product demonstrations and sales presentations

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities

  • Ability to manage customer accounts independently

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from prospecting through onboarding

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in SaaS, software, technology, or B2B solution sales environments

  • Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management

  • Customer success or account management experience

  • Experience selling to decision-makers and enterprise customers.
