DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate new business opportunities through strategic outbound prospecting into large enterprise accounts
Drive end-to-end sales of computing hardware solutions within the assigned territory and account portfolio
Manage and develop customer accounts through both direct sales and channel partners
Support Global Account Managers with project coordination, pricing proposals, and commercial follow-up activities
Achieve and exceed revenue, cross-selling, upselling, and KPI targets
Develop and execute account plans aligned with revenue growth and market share objectives
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and provide regular forecasting updates
Identify customer business and IT requirements and position suitable technology solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Monitor account performance and identify new sales opportunities within existing and prospective clients.

REQUIREMENTS:
Native-level German and fluent English (B2–C1)
Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in technology, IT, or hardware sales environments
Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Commercial mindset with strong business acumen
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and KPIs
Strong account management and relationship-building skills
High level of IT literacy and interest in technology solutions
Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored commercial solutions
Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented approach
Experience selling IT hardware, computing solutions, or enterprise technology products
Experience working with enterprise or large corporate accounts
Experience with CRM systems and sales pipeline management tools
Knowledge of channel sales and partner management models.
