Position:Executive VIP Account Manager

Location: Remote,Mexico 

Employment type: Full-time

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts through proactive and personalised communication

  • Identify customer needs and deliver high-quality service and customer experience

  • Engage customers across multiple communication channels and platforms

  • Organise and coordinate customer-focused activities and events tailored to the target market

  • Create positive, memorable, and long-term customer experiences

  • Develop strong market connections and maintain awareness of relevant industry and social events

  • Handle customer interactions in a professional, responsive, and relationship-driven manner

  • Manage multiple customer requests and priorities effectively while maintaining high service standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in Spanish with good command in English (B2 level and higher)

  • 3+ years of experience as an Account Manager from online gaming industry (online casino/igaming) or land-based casino

  • Experienced with Mexican high valued clients

  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and relationship-building skills

  • Self-motivated and proactive professional with strong ownership mentality

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and public relations skills

  • Customer-oriented mindset with ability to adapt communication style to different personalities

  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and accountability

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer engagement tools is considered an advantage

  • Knowledge of local market trends, events, and networking opportunities is considered a strong advantage.
