David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading that is seeking to onboard a German speaking Customer Success Officer to join their team.  


Position:  Customer Success Officer 

Location: Cyprus, Limassol

Work model: Hybrid

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary quarterly Bonuses, depending on experience.

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide customer support via phone, live chat and email in German and English

  • Assist clients with account opening, KYC documentation and account maintenance

  • Maintain accurate client records and update customer information

  • Handle back-office requests and administrative customer queries

  • Support clients with technical and platform-related issues, including MT4/MT5 and proprietary trading platforms

  • Respond to customer enquiries promptly and deliver a high standard of service

  • Liaise with Compliance and other internal departments to resolve customer issues

  • Provide clients with information about products, services and account requirements

  • Promote relevant products and services where appropriate

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing clients

  • Contribute to team KPIs and service quality targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent German with fluent English, both written and spoken

  • Previous experience in a Customer Support or Customer Success role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Ability to work rotational Monday–Friday shifts (09:00–18:00, 10:00–19:00 and 12:00–21:00)

  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 office days / 2 remote days)

  • Experience within the Forex/CFD industry

  • Knowledge of MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) platforms

  • Degree in Business Studies or a related field (preferred).
