Conversion & Client Relations Representative (Greek)

David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading financial services company who are looking to recruit a Greek speaking Conversion & Client Relations Representative for their Limassol office.

Position: Client Relations Officer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

Employment type: Full-time

Work model: hybrid after training period (4 days office, 1 day home)

Remuneration: Base salary + commissions. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contact prospective and existing clients through outbound communication

  • Guide clients through account opening, verification, funding, and onboarding processes

  • Manage the full conversion cycle from lead qualification to first deposit

  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients

  • Support client retention initiatives and identify opportunities to increase client engagement

  • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and market offerings

  • Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions

  • Deliver exceptional client service and ensure a positive customer experience

  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within CRM systems

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless client support

  • Contribute to the development and growth of the Greek market

  • Meet individual performance and conversion targets.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native / fluent in Greek and both written and verbal. Good command in English (at least B2 level)

  • Previous experience within Conversion, Retention, Client Relations, Account Management, or similar client-facing roles

  • Experience within financial services, brokerage, fintech, online trading, or related industries

  • Good understanding of financial markets and investment products

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to identify business opportunities

  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce experience is considered an advantage

  • Knowledge of the Greek retail trading market is considered a strong advantage.
