As a graduate in Datacom’sInformation Management & Productivity Solutions (IMPS) team, you’ll gain hands-on experience delivering solutions that help organisations manage information, improve compliance, and work smarter.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and contribute to real client projects from day one, including:

• Supporting delivery of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint-based solutions
• Assisting with information architecture (site structures, metadata, taxonomy)
• Configuring Power Platform tools (Power Automate, PowerApps)
• Supporting governance and compliance solutions (Purview, AvePoint Opus)
• Assisting with document migrations and data preparation
• Contributing to solution documentation, user guides, and process design
• Participating in client workshops and discovery sessions
• Supporting testing, deployment, and implementation activities
• Learning best practices in records management and information governance

What We’re Looking For

Education:

Degree in Information Systems, Information Management, Business Analysis, or similar

Technical Exposure (nice to have):

• SharePoint Administration

• Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps)
• Microsoft Purview / information governance tools
• Scripting (PowerShell and/or Python)
• AI tools (e.g. Copilot)
• Records management concepts

• Strong attention to detail, especially with structured information and documentation

• Excellent communication skills (technical and non-technical audiences)
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Strong organisation and time management skills

This role is ideal for someone who enjoysworking with systems, information, and problem-solving, and wants to build a career inmodern workplace technologies, automation, and governance, rather than pure coding.
