Job Overview

We are seeking aData Scientist with strong business-facing product analytics experience to analyze complex data, apply statistical and machine learning techniques, and deliver actionable insights to business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL and Python skills, experience with A/B testing, and the ability to identify practical applications of AI/LLM capabilities for business problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
• Partner with business and product teams to understand ambiguous problems and translate them into data-driven solutions.
• Develop and interpretA/B tests, including control group design and efficacy measurement.
• Use statistical and machine learning techniques to support business and product decisions.
• Query and extract data usingSQL and Python, including from big data environments such asSpark.
• Evaluate business problems and identify appropriate opportunities to applyAI/LLM capabilities.
• Communicate analytical findings and AI/LLM recommendations clearly to business stakeholders.
• Present insights, results, and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Independently drive analytics projects from problem definition through delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Data Science, with a strong focus onbusiness-facing product analytics.
• Strong proficiency inSQL and Python.
• Experience querying and extracting data from large-scale data environments;Spark experience is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience designing and interpretingA/B tests, including control group setup and efficacy measurement.
• Working knowledge ofAI/LLM capabilities and how to apply them to business problems.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break ambiguous problems into actionable steps.
• Experience applyingstatistical and machine learning techniques to derive insights from large, complex datasets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience withTableau or similar BI/visualization tools.
• Experience working withfinancial products.
• Strong combination ofbusiness and technical expertise.
