About the Role
Bear Staffing is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Data Management Team Member for a career opportunity in Dunmore, PA. This position supports daily administrative and data-processing operations through reception coverage, reporting, document scanning, mailroom duties, and accurate data entry.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls and provide professional reception support.
- Prepare reports for parcel-post shipping methods.
- Enter and maintain information accurately in company systems.
- Scan, organize, and route documents as needed.
- Prepare reports for FedEx shipments.
- Support daily mailroom operations.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail to the appropriate departments.
- Process NOPs accurately and within required timelines.
- Assist with additional administrative or operational assignments during slower periods.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Professional and courteous communication skills, including during busy or stressful situations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective organization, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Comfort completing data-entry, reporting, scanning, and general office tasks.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist in other areas when needed.
- Ability to successfully complete required drug and background screenings.
