We are seeking aOneTick Implementation Engineer to implement, deploy, and operate high‑performance analytics and surveillance solutions for clients. The role sits at the intersection ofplatform engineering, data workflows, and client delivery, supporting both cloud‑hosted and customer‑managed environments.

You will work on technically demanding projects forfinancial institutions, market infrastructure providers, regulators, and quantitative trading firms, collaborating closely with internal product teams and external client stakeholders. Most implementations are cloud‑based, with increasing use ofcontainerised and orchestrated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Implementation & Operations

• Implement, deploy, and supportOneTick solutions across cloud and client environments
• Contribute to the design and maintenance ofscalable, resilient infrastructure for analytics and surveillance workloads
• Support system configuration, upgrades, and production releases

Data Pipelines & Workflows

• Build and maintainefficient data ingestion, transformation, and loading workflows
• Implement batch and streaming workflows to support analytics and monitoring use cases
• Ensure performance, reliability, and data integrity across high‑volume datasets

Client‑Specific Delivery

• Configure and customize OneTick deployments to meetclient‑specific business and regulatory requirements
• Developclient‑specific extensions and integrations on top of standard products
• Work directly with client technical teams on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

Monitoring & Support

• Monitor production environments, identify issues, and troubleshoot failures
• Partner with product engineering teams to resolve defects and implement improvements
• Produce cleartechnical documentation and operational runbooks

Collaboration & Delivery

• Communicate effectively with customers ontechnical and implementation‑related topics
• Participate in Agile delivery models, contributing across the full implementation lifecycle
• Support knowledge transfer and training for client users and internal teams

• Experience deliveringproduction analytics, surveillance, or market data platforms
• Strong programming experience inPython or a comparable language
• Solid understanding ofdata workflows, ETL processes, and distributed systems concepts
• Confidence working inLinux/Unix environments
• Experience writingunit tests and working with structured testing practices
• Familiarity with containerised or orchestrated environments (e.g. Kubernetes)
• Comfortable working inclient‑facing roles, explaining technical concepts clearly
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Advantageous

• Direct experience withOneTick implementations or operations
• Exposure tocloud‑native architectures (preferably AWS)
• Experience with workflow orchestration, monitoring, or alerting tools
• Background infinancial markets, trade surveillance, regulatory analytics, or quantitative data platforms
• Experience working undersecurity, regulatory, or data‑privacy constraints
