The Data & Performance Analyst will integrate real estate, occupancy, tenant, financial, and operational information into dashboards, KPIs, management reports, and decision-support products.
Federal agencies increasingly rely on accurate occupancy and utilization information to evaluate space use and manage real-property portfolios.
Responsibilities
• Develop real estate performance dashboards.
• Define and track KPIs.
• Integrate data from multiple systems and sources.
• Analyze occupancy, vacancy, utilization, tenant pipeline, agreements, revenue, and customer-service data.
• Develop exception-based management reporting.
• Identify data-quality problems and discrepancies.
• Establish data-quality controls.
• Prepare executive dashboards and briefing materials.
• Develop recurring management reports.
• Analyze trends and identify emerging risks.
• Support portfolio and tenant decision-making with quantitative analysis.
• Maintain data dictionaries and reporting methodologies.
• Support audits and management inquiries.
Required Qualifications
• 4+ years of data analysis, reporting, business intelligence, or performance-management experience.
• Experience integrating information from multiple sources.
• Ability to develop concise, executive-level management reporting.
• Strong Excel skills.
Preferred
• Power BI.
• Tableau.
• SQL.
• Federal reporting.
• Real estate/workplace analytics.
• GSA or federal real-property data experience.
