Our Client, a Waste Disposal company, is looking for a Data Analyst I for their Phoenix, AZ/ Hybrid location.

Responsibilities:
- Identify trends, recurring issues, and process improvement opportunities
- Investigate root causes and implement sustainable solutions
- Analyze data from daily reports on closed tickets and workflows to improve operational efficiency
- Research and resolve complex or unfamiliar issues
- Document findings, recommendations, and process changes
- Collaborate with business partners to streamline and simplify work
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with process improvement or operational support
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable
- Ability to work independently and through ambiguity
- SQL experience preferred, but not required
