EssentialJobFunctions:

• Managethecompleteorder-to-cashprocess,ensuringaccurateandtimelyprocessingofcustomerordersinSAP.

• Actasaprimarypointofcontactforcustomersregardingorderstatus,productavailability,deliveryschedules,andissueresolution.

• CollaboratecloselywithSupplyChain,Logistics,CustomerService,andCommercialteamstoensuresuccessfulorderfulfilment.

• Monitorandmanageorderexceptions,backorders,deliveryissues,andcustomerclaims,drivingtimelyresolution.

• Maintainaccuratecustomer,pricing,andorderdatawithinSAPandrelatedsystems.

• Supportcontinuousimprovementinitiativestoenhanceprocessefficiency,servicelevels,andcustomersatisfaction.

• Ensurecompliancewithcompanypolicies,procedures,andinternalcontrolsthroughouttheordermanagementprocess.

Qualifications&Experience:

• Minimum1yearofexperienceinOrderManagement,CustomerService,SupplyChain,Logistics,orarelatedoperationalrole.

• Stronghands-onexperienceusingSAPfororderprocessingandcustomerordermanagement.

• AdvancedEnglishlanguageskills(writtenandverbal)withtheabilitytocommunicateeffectivelywithglobalstakeholders.

• Stronganalytical,organizational,andproblem-solvingskillswithexcellentattentiontodetail.

• Customer-focusedmindsetwiththeabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesinadynamicenvironment.

• ProficiencyinMicrosoftOfficeapplications,particularlyExcel.

• Associate’sorBachelor’sdegreeinBusinessAdministration,SupplyChain,Logistics,orarelatedfieldispreferred.
