Salary : 1,600 AUD (approx Php 65,000 - 70,000)
Working Hours & Conditions : Approx. 25–30 hours per weekinitially

OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for an experienced offshore conveyancing support professional to help keep files moving, support client communication, and manage day-to-day conveyancing administration.
This role suits someone proactive, organized, and confident handling client enquiries independently. You’ll play a key role in ensuring clients stay informed, files stay updated, and follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
â—Ź Answer inbound client calls and email enquiries professionally
â—Ź Provide clear updates on conveyancing matters and file progress
â—Ź Assist clients with forms, documentation, and general process questions
â—Ź Record detailed file notes and update the CRM/file management system
â—Ź Review active files daily and identify outstanding tasks or follow-ups
â—Ź Chase required documents, signatures, and outstanding information
â—Ź Escalate complex legal or sensitive matters when required
â—Ź Maintain a high standard of responsiveness and client experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
â—Ź Previous experience in Australian conveyancing support, legal administration, or
paralegal work
â—Ź Strong understanding of conveyancing workflows and common client questions
â—Ź Comfortable using Smokeball/Triconvey or legal file management systems
â—Ź Able to manage priorities independently and follow process accurately
â—Ź Strong written and verbal English communication
â—Ź Professional, calm, and patient communication style
