We are looking for an experienced Interim Legal & Contracts Lead to support our legal and contracts function during a period of transition, while we continue building our long-term legal structure.

This is a hands-on role for a senior, commercially minded legal professional who can quickly understand the business, support ongoing legal matters, and provide clear, practical advice to internal stakeholders. You will work closely with the business, help keep contracts and legal topics moving, and coordinate with external counsel where specialist support is needed.

The ideal person is pragmatic, structured, confident working independently, and comfortable balancing legal risk with business priorities in an international environment.

Employment and labour law: supporting cross-border employment matters across multiple jurisdictions, including employment contracts, terminations, restructuring topics, and compliance-related questions.

Liability and insurance topics: advising on liability exposure and supporting insurance-related legal matters where needed.

Finance-related legal matters: providing legal input on business questions connected to finance, corporate structure, and commercial operations.

External counsel coordination: working with outside counsel on specialist or complex matters and helping ensure advice is practical, clear, and proportionate.

Risk and business support: identifying relevant legal risks while helping the business move forward with practical and commercially balanced solutions.

  • Qualified lawyer with significant post-qualification experience in a commercial, in-house, or consultancy environment.
  • Strong experience across commercial contracts and employment/labour law, ideally in an international or multi-jurisdictional setting.
  • Comfortable acting as a senior legal point of contact and advising business stakeholders independently.
  • Pragmatic, solutions-oriented, and able to provide clear legal guidance under time pressure.
  • Available at short notice and comfortable working on an interim contract basis.
  • Fluent English required; German or another European language would be a strong advantage.
  • Valid criminal record extract (not older than 3 months) required.
  • Broad range of activities, tasks, and projects
  • Flexible working conditions
  • Paid sick days
  • Vouchers (B-day voucher, wedding, and new born surprise)
  • Contributions to wellness programs (multisport card)
  • Fishing for Friends program – our referral program
  • Further development and professional advancement
  • Friendly and international working environment
  • Company-sponsored events
  • Competitive salary and various benefits
