Senior HR Business Partner (f/m)

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Partner with leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Support talent acquisition, performance management, employee development, and retention initiatives.
• Advise managers and employees on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
• Use HR data and metrics to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend improvements.
• Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, HR policies, and health and safety requirements.
• Support organizational change initiatives, HR projects, and continuous improvement of HR processes.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including People Analytics and Legal, to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Mentor HR colleagues and contribute to the development of HR capabilities.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar HR role.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• General experience working with works councils and employee representative bodies.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, employee relations, talent management, and employment legislation.
• A strategic mindset combined with a practical, business-focused approach.
• Excellent communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Confidence working with HR data and translating insights into practical recommendations.
• Experience supporting organizational change and managing HR projects.
• Sound judgment, discretion, and a collaborative leadership style.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Polish and English.
