Lead Business Analyst - Financial Services

We are seeking an experiencedLead Business Analyst / Product Owner to join our team, bringing a strong background in Financial Services and Wealth Management.

Responsibilities

• Work with the onsite proxy product owner to understand the product vision and product roadmap
• Identify and define product capabilities, features and functions
• Define epics and stories along with their success criteria
• Elaborate stories, business logic and business results
• Manage product scope and prioritize capabilities, epics and stories
• Participate in sprint review demos and provide feedback
• Track feedback and ensure it is incorporated and prioritized in the backlog
• Participate in incident triaging
• Serve as the go-to person for business questions and clarifications

Requirements

• 10-15 years of overall experience, including 8+ years of work experience in business analysis and requirements management
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar field; master's degree in computer science is a plus
• Background in product management
• Experience in financial services, preferably with a focus on wealth management
• Business acumen and the ability to provide business and end customer perspective
• Strong communication and presentation skills
