As a Solution Architect (gn), you will support the technical sales process—from the initial idea to the proof of concept—and ensure that customer needs are incorporated into product, sales, and marketing as a sound basis for decision-making
- Responsibility for technical sales support – from initial discussions to successful PoC.
- Development and presentation of tailor-made solution concepts based on individual customer requirements.
- You represent the voice of the market within the company and ensure that relevant insights from customer projects are incorporated into product development, positioning, and market development in a targeted manner.
- Creation of targeted, technical content for sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Independent analysis of market trends and competitive situations, including derivation of relevant recommendations for action.
- Understanding of industrial IT and OT landscapes (e.g., cloud architectures, MES, IIoT)
- Experience in consulting or consultative selling of complex technical products
- Structured approach to work, high level of personal responsibility, and strong communication skills.
- Fluent in written and spoken German (at least C1) and English.
- (Industrial) communication protocols (e.g., MQTT, HTTP, OPC UA, Modbus, BACnet)
