As a(Sr.) Enterprise Account Executive (gn), you’ll make a significant contribution to Cybus’s growth and success by proactively expanding business relationships with new and existing enterprise clients to help achieve revenue targets.
Bonus points for
- You’ll close the most ambitious deals in the DACH manufacturing sector - from initial discovery to signing - with an average ACV of EUR 80–150k and clients whose logos you’ll proudly display on your reference list.
- You own your territory like your own business case -Â building a 4x pipeline independently through outbound outreach, networking, events, and close collaboration with SDRs, marketing, and our technology partners.
- You confidently navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals through 3–6-member buying committees - plant management, CIO/CTO, OT engineering - and stay in control throughout the 4–9-month sales cycle.
- You tell the best story in the market -Â translating Unified Namespace, OT/IT integration, and Cybus Connectware, together with our pre-sales engineers, into value propositions that C-level executives not only understand but want to buy.
- You actively shape our product - your deal insights go straight into the roadmap through weekly discussions with the product and founding teams. You’re not just a salesperson; you’re the voice of the market at Cybus
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS/software sales experience in the DACH market, ideally in Industrial IoT, MES, manufacturing software, data platforms, MQTT, unified namespace, or related fields
- Proven track record of personally closing deals with an ACV of at least EUR 80k involving buying committees with three or more stakeholders, including C-level executives
- Proficiency in modern sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar).
- Confidence in selling a challenger brand - storytelling, category positioning, and handling low brand awareness.
- German C1+ and business-level English (customer-facing in both languages).
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 40–60%)
