Duties and Responsibilities:Â Â
- Develop and deliver cybersecurity training content for technical staff, leadership, and mission support personnel.Â
- Create guidance materials, presentations, and interactive modules aligned with the DoD.Â
- Maintain and update training repositories, ensuring content reflects current threats, technologies, and compliance standards.Â
- Facilitate training sessions using platforms such as Microsoft Teams and learning management systems.Â
- Collaborate with cybersecurity SMEs to ensure training aligns with operational needs and mission assurance priorities.Â
- Assess training effectiveness through surveys, evaluations, and performance metrics.Â
- Ensure training materials meet accessibility, classification, and version control standards.Â
- Track and report metrics.Â
- Stay current with cybersecurity trends, threats, and instructional technologies.Â
- Study and identify individual or group training needs, and administer plans, procedures, and programs to meet training needs.Â
- Analyze training program effectiveness and submit reports and recommendations to management.Â
- Other duties as assigned.Â
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in instructional design or cybersecurity training, or a related field in lieu of degree.Â
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity training or instructional design.Â
- 5+ years of Experience with collaboration and training platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, LMS).Â
- Experience developing and delivering training in secure or classified environments preferred.Â
- Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity workforce frameworks.Â
- Must have active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain TS with SCI eligibility.Â

- Proficiency in developing training materials and interactive content.Â
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills across diverse audiences.Â
- Ability to translate complex cybersecurity concepts into accessible training content.Â
- Ability to engage and motivate learners in both technical and leadership roles.Â
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs accordinglyÂ
- Collaborate across departments to align training with mission needs.Â
- Strong organizational skills, with excellent verbal and written ability.Â
- Good work ethic and active desire to learn.Â
- Skillful time management and organizational skills to set and meet deadlines.Â
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.Â
- Ability to meet minimum clearance requirements.Â
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.Â
- Ability to travel up to 10%.Â
