Job Role:Â
The QHSE Manager is responsible for all Quality, Health, Safety, Cyber Security and Environmental compliance in the US, including audits, maintaining ISO accreditations including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 & KPIs. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for maintaining QHSE related information up to date on all Customer Platforms for accreditations and procurement purposes.Â

Key Accountabilities:Â
The QHSE Manager is responsible for the following:Â
Health – Safety & EnvironmentÂ
- Strategic oversight of field safety – Support US Field Safety Manager with proactive safety initiativesÂ
- Drive a positive and open Health and Safety Culture in the USÂ
- Define objectives and annual plansÂ
- Lead US internal and external audits including ISO auditsÂ
- Roll out best practice across the business  Â
- Produce HSE reports for the Senior Leadership Team and Board ReviewÂ
- Ensure existing H&S process and policies are fit for purpose and reflect regulatory developmentsÂ
- Organise quarterly Safety Committees Â
- Support tender processes and keep customer portals up to date Â
- Raise internal awareness and advise on necessary training Â
- Support the Global QHSE Manager implementing and reporting on ESG objectives and actionsÂ
- Keep up-to-date on legislation changes/regulations and be a reference to othersÂ
- Safey investigations Â
- Management of ISNÂ
- Management of TSP for PG&EÂ
- Support to risk assessments (JHA/RAMS)Â
- Update risk register (new equipment and procedures)Â

QualityÂ
- Ensure all Quality processes are accurate, up to date and being used in practiceÂ
- Supports the creation of quality Assurance Plans where necessaryÂ
- Agree, track and report on KPIÂ Â
- Keep up-to-date on legislation changes/regulations and be a reference to othersÂ

CybersecurityÂ
- Ensure all Cybersecurity processes are accurate, up to date and being used in practiceÂ
- Lead US internal and external audits including ISO auditsÂ
- Agree and track and report on KPIsÂ
- Liaise with line Managers to implement Information Security Policies, risk assessments and support operational proceduresÂ
Â
Essential Qualifications/ExperienceÂ
- Previous experience in leading ISO audits.Â
- Previous experience in working on an interdisciplinary team and cross-functional collaboration with different parts of the business.Â
- Experience of working in a multi-national organisation.  Â
- Intermediate Level user of Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).Â
- Outstanding communication and people skills.Â
- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Â
- Excellent eye for detail and capacity to create and follow corporate and regional procedures.Â
- Internal auditing qualification.Â
- Certified Safety Professional or Associate Safety Professional CertificationsÂ
- 5+ years leading QHSE in a utilities environmentÂ
