Job Title: Cyara Developer & Senior Tester – IVR & Contact Centre
Location: Toronto, ON - Hybrid
Duration: 6+ months

Introduction

We are looking for an experienced professional to support testing and quality assurance activities within a Contact Centre environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and building automation for IVR and contact flow validation, executing functional and regression testing, and supporting defect triage throughout the testing lifecycle. This role requires strong hands-on experience and a solid understanding of IVR and Contact Centre testing.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Cyara.
• Experience designing and building Cyara automation, rather than only executing existing automated tests.
• Experience testing IVR and Contact Centre flows.
• Strong experience with functional and regression testing.
• Experience with defect identification, tracking, and triage.
• Prior work experience at client or in client's industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to analyze testing results and troubleshoot failed test scenarios.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills within technical delivery teams.
• Experience with testing and release activities in a collaborative environment.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Design and build automated test scenarios using Cyara.
• Develop Cyara automation to validate IVR functionality and contact flows.
• Execute functional testing across Contact Centre workflows.
• Perform regression testing to validate existing functionality following changes or releases.
• Validate IVR and contact flow behaviour against defined requirements and expected outcomes.
• Identify, document, and track defects discovered during testing.
• Participate in defect triage and work with relevant teams to support issue resolution.
• Retest resolved defects and validate fixes as part of regression cycles.
• Maintain test cases, test results, and supporting testing documentation.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and delivery teams throughout testing and release activities.
