Solution Architect – Java Full Stack

We're on the lookout for a seasoned, energetic Solution Architect skilled in Java Full Stack development to craft secure, scalable, and high-performing technical solutions. The right candidate will take a central role in shaping technology direction, working across global teams, and pushing innovation forward to support company goals. This position calls for a leader who flourishes in a fast-moving setting and has genuine enthusiasm for delivering leading-edge fintech products

Responsibilities

• Engineer software solutions that are secure, scalable, and dependable, tailored to meet business needs
• Establish and carry out technology direction for one or several products in partnership with key stakeholders
• Work alongside senior technical and product leadership to shape and deliver solutions with real impact
• Coordinate closely with international Solution Architecture and Engineering groups to set standards and best practices
• Interface with broader technical and architecture functions to keep efforts aligned with company-wide strategy
• Develop and assess various technical solution options by leveraging both established and emerging technologies
• Push forward software delivery by applying deep knowledge of microservices architecture within fintech contexts
• Guide and support development teams to encourage technical excellence and ongoing enhancement
• Liaise directly with product owners and operational teams to guarantee smooth software rollout
• Champion agile methodologies and cultivate a cooperative team environment
• Get hands-on by developing prototypes and tackling difficult technical problems directly
• Champion technical quality standards and solutions designed for long-term sustainability

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in product engineering, focused on designing solutions that scale
• Solid grounding in core Computer Science concepts, web application development, and microservices design
• Track record building financial systems capable of handling high transaction volumes with global reach and near-constant uptime
• Skilled in web technologies including HTML5, CSS, and front-end frameworks like React and Angular
• Strong back-end development skills using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot
• Familiarity with database platforms such as PostgreSQL or SQL Server for large-scale deployments
• Background working with cloud-native tools such as PCF, Kubernetes, Azure, or AWS
• Comfortable operating in Agile settings that emphasize teamwork and iterative progress
• Ability to guide development teams and nurture an environment of continuous technical growth
• Willingness to engage directly in prototype creation to address business problems
• Ability to communicate clearly across both technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to have

• Strong background in Java, J2EE, RESTful APIs, React, and Angular
• Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate
• Exposure to API tooling and design standards suited for large-scale systems
• Understanding of cloud and DevOps architectural approaches, particularly with Azure or AWS
• Skilled in database technologies including PostgreSQL or various NoSQL solutions
