Business Analyst with SAP Signavio

We are looking for an experiencedBusiness Analyst with hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio to support the documentation, analysis, and optimization of our core business processes. In this pivotal role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and IT development/implementation teams, ensuring that end-to-end (E2E) processes are accurately captured, maintained, and fully aligned with modern SAP system capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to capture, map, and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using SAP Signavio
• Identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and standardization opportunities; leverage process mining and analytics insights within Signavio to drive continuous improvement
• Translate complex business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process models for SAP implementation and IT teams
• Ensure that mapped processes align with standard SAP best practices, S/4HANA capabilities, and the organization's broader digital transformation roadmap
• Support change management initiatives by providing process documentation, training materials, and driving user adoption; maintain process governance and repository standards within SAP Signavio
• Partner closely with enterprise architects, functional SAP consultants (FI/CO, MM, SD, etc.), and project managers to ensure seamless end-to-end execution of transformation projects

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or SAP Consultant, with a strong focus on business process management (BPM)
• Deep, hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio (Process Manager, Process Intelligence / Process Mining, and Collaboration Hub)
• Strong familiarity with standard SAP modules (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, ECC, or cloud solutions) and SAP Best Practices
• Experience with BPMN 2.0 notation, process modeling standards, and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Excellent facilitation and workshop-leading skills; ability to translate technical concepts for business users and vice versa
• English level B1+ for effective communication

Nice to have

• Prior experience in SAP S/4HANA transformation or migration projects
• Certifications related to SAP Signavio or Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong stakeholder management skills, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative global environment
