Your Role:

We are seeking a curious, entrepreneurial, and analytically minded consultant eager to develop as a trusted advisor within our Consulting & Transformation practice. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will contribute to strategic projects, helping transform business challenges into actionable recommendations and measurable results.  As part of a small and agile consulting team, you will progressively take ownership of workstreams while benefiting from close collaboration and coaching from experienced consultants. We are looking for an entrepreneurial consultant who is eager to contribute not only to project delivery but also to business development and the expansion of the practice.

 The role requires strong analytical capabilities, structured problem-solving, and the ability to manage workstreams while collaborating with internal teams and client stakeholders.

What you will work on:

Projects may include customer experience strategy, retail transformation, retail performance optimization, luxury service excellence, employee experience, learning and capability development, customer insights activation, organizational transformation, and other initiatives supporting business growth and performance.

Research & Business Analysis

  • Conduct market, industry, competitor, and customer research to support strategic recommendations.
  • Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate actionable business insights.
  • Support structured analysis to answer key client business questions.
  • Perform benchmarking, financial and operational analysis, and market assessments.
  • Synthesize findings into clear and compelling insights for client deliverables.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of knowledge repositories and best practices.

Project Delivery

  • Support the planning and execution of consulting engagements across multiple workstreams.
  • Support the management of project activities, timelines, and deliverables to ensure quality and timely execution.
  • Coordinate project activities with internal teams and client stakeholders to facilitate project progress.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, document discussions, track action items, and monitor follow-ups.
  • Identify potential project risks and escalate them proactively where appropriate.

 

Client Deliverables & Content Development

  • Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, business cases, and workshop materials.
  • Translate analyses into clear, structured, and visually compelling presentations.
  • Prepare executive summaries, recommendations, and client-ready documentation.
  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all project deliverables.

Practice Development

  • Contribute to business development initiatives, including proposals, client presentations, and pitch materials.
  • Support the development of thought leadership, case studies, methodologies, and consulting frameworks.
  • Participate in internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and continuous improvement of consulting tools and templates.
  • Contribute to the growth and development of the Consulting & Transformation practice.

Collaboration & Professional Development

  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver successful client outcomes.
  • Build effective working relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and leading practices relevant to consulting and transformation.
  • Take ownership of personal development and actively contribute to a collaborative, high-performance team culture.
  • Seek feedback regularly and continuously strengthen consulting, communication and facilitation skills.

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, business transformation, strategy, corporate planning, or a related advisory role.
  • Experience within luxury, retail, consumer goods, or related industries is considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information.
  • Experience supporting consulting engagements or strategic projects within consulting or corporate environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.
  • Ability to prepare executive-level presentations and reports.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within teams.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization and analytics tools is an advantage.
  • Experience using AI productivity tools to enhance research, analysis and content development.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
