About The Job:

• Coordinates software product/feature development related project activities to ensure the project is on schedule.
• Provides technical, administrative and logistical support including project schedule preparation, risk identification/monitoring, project execution/monitoring, meeting arrangement, progress tracking, documentation, reporting, and preparing executive updates.

Essential Job Functions:

• Coordinate software product and feature development project activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, plans, and execution timelines.
• Identify, track, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Support project execution through effective monitoring, reporting, and governance.
• Arrange project meetings, prepare agendas, capture action items, and track closures.
• Provide technical, administrative, and logistical support to project teams.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with delivery milestones.
• Contribute to technical discussions related to software product development, enhancements, and support activities.

Qualifications:
Experience:

• 10+ years of overall industry experience.
• 5+ years of Program Management experience.

Skills:

• Excellent familiarity and experience in managing projects/programs across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and related project management tools.
• Ability to drive and contribute to technical discussions on software product/feature development, enhancement, and support initiatives.
• Strong project planning, governance, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.

• Good Communication Skills

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or an Engineering discipline with strong software skills.
• PMP Certification would be an added advantage.
• Scrum Master Certification would be a plus.
