Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and account reconciliations;

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports;

• Reconcile bank accounts and intercompany balances;

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities;

• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards;

• Collaborate with internal teams and clients on accounting matters;

• Identify and support process improvement initiatives.

What we are looking for

• Higher education in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or a related field;

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting;

• Previous experience in a similar accounting role;

• Customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills;

• Positive, proactive, and flexible team player;

• Good command of English;

• Scandinavian language skills would be considered an advantage;

• Ability to streamline processes and improve efficiency;

• Creative problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
