Location: Deer Park, TX
Duration: 06 months contract
Summary:
- 3+ years of customer service experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
- Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, chemical, oil & gas, industrial, export, or related sectors.
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Proven ability to resolve customer issues and manage escalations professionally.
Technical Skills
- Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system preferred.
- Ability to process customer orders, track shipments, manage open orders, and review inventory availability.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer purchase orders.
- Manage order entry, order maintenance, and shipment tracking.
- Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, and Warehousing teams to ensure on-time delivery.
- Communicate proactively with customers regarding order status, supply issues, and delivery updates.
- Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shortages, and customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and customer records.
