Preferences:

• Financial services or banking experience
• Experience handling inbound calls and account-related inquiries
• Experience with Cash Management, online banking, mobile banking, or financial services customer support

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming phone calls regarding various service inquiries on accounts
• Respond with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics
• Provide functional support in areas including Cash Management products and services, Online and Mobile app, and general account or financial-related inquiries
