Location: Brookshire, TX (Onsite)

Pay Rate: Up to$17/hour
Schedule: Monday–Saturday,10:30 AM–7:00 PM, with one scheduled day off

About the Role

We are seeking aCustomer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while coordinating delivery operations. This position combinescustomer service, dispatch, route monitoring, and call handling in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate is a strong multitasker with excellent communication skills and experience withdispatch or route monitoring.Bilingual candidates are preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
• Handle customer complaints professionally and work toward timely resolutions
• Diagnose and resolve delivery-related issues
• Monitor delivery routes and driver progress
• Support dispatch and route coordination activities
• Process delivery changes and cancellations
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
• Communicate with drivers and internal teams regarding delivery status
• Maintain accurate information across systems and complete multiple tasks simultaneously

What You’ll Need

• Experience in customer service, call center, dispatch, or a related environment
• Dispatch and/or route monitoring experience preferred
• Strong phone and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, includingWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling customer concerns
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• 1+ year of related experience preferred
• Bilingual skills preferred
