Job Type: Contract
Pay Rate: Up to$18.75/hour
Schedule: Sunday–Thursday,9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
About the Role
We are looking for aCustomer Service Representative to support customers, business partners, and drivers while ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling customer concerns, coordinating delivery activities, and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers and business partners by phone and email
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve customer issues
- Monitor delivery routes and progress
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps
- Process delivery order changes and cancellations
- Coordinate with drivers and internal teams to resolve delivery-related concerns
What You’ll Need
- Experience usingMicrosoft Office, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1+ year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment
