Customer Service International Sales

Job Description

• Manage daily communication with customers, sales teams, and agents regarding inquiries, orders, projects, claims, and product documentation.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and customer documentation.
• Coordinate sample requests and technical information with internal departments.
• Maintain customer, pricing, contract, and product data in SAP.
• Process customer orders, issue order confirmations, and monitor deliveries.
• Coordinate transport and export logistics, including road, sea, and air shipments.
• Prepare export and customs documentation and liaise with freight forwarders, customs agents, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Support payment processes, letters of credit, and credit control activities.
• Handle customer complaints and claims, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Production, Quality, Logistics, Compliance, and Finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOX controls, and internal procedures.
• Support international customers across North Africa, APAC, LATAM, and other global markets.

• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Sales Support, or a similar role.
• Fluency in English and French is a must.
• Experience with SAP and Salesforce is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of logistics, transportation, and export documentation is preferred.
• Experience in International Business is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused, flexible, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
