About the Role:
We are looking for aReceptionist/Customer Service Associate to be the welcoming voice of our company. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that every client interaction begins and ends with a positive experience. You’ll manage inbound client calls, assist with client inquiries, and provide administrative support to keep our office running smoothly.
We're looking for those that are interested in getting their Property & Casualty License within their first 4-6 months (We pay for the prep and the exam!) so they can continue growing on our Client Care Team!

What You’ll Do:
Answer client phone calls with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer and direct incoming calls promptly, addressing client inquiries or routing calls to the appropriate team members.
Coordinate appointment scheduling and manage office calendars.
Assist clients with basic inquiries about services, policies, and account details.
Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate client records in our CRM system.
Receive and distribute incoming mail and packages; prepare outgoing mail as needed.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and effective communication.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and streamline processes.
Perform other duties as assigned to support our mission of excellent service.
Who We’re Looking For:
Ideally 1 year of experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative support role. Open to college graduates!
Willingness to get your Property & Casualty License within your first 4-6 months - We pay for the prep and the exam
High School diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications preferred.
Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and team members.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A positive, professional attitude with a focus on problem-solving and client satisfaction.
Self-motivated and enthusiastic with a strong work ethic.
Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and maintain composure under pressure.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with a strong sense of urgency.
