🎥 Customer Response Agent
We’re hiringCustomer Response Agent to join areal-time security monitoring team in Tulsa. In this role, you’ll monitorlive surveillance feeds, analyze alerts, and take action to help protect people and property.
This is afocused, high-responsibility role ideal for individuals withstrong attention to detail, the ability tostay alert overnight, and comfort working in afast-paced, multi-screen environment.

💵 Pay & Schedule
  • Pay: $17.50–$18.50/hour (depending on shift)
  • Available Shifts: 
    2nd Shift: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
    MidShift: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
    3rd Shift: 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM
    Must be able to work holidays and weekends
  • 📍100% On-site |  (Tulsa, OK)
  • 24/7 operation includingweekends & holidays
🚀 What You’ll Do
  • Monitorlive CCTV / surveillance feeds in real time
  • Identifysuspicious activity or potential threats
  • Respond toalerts quickly and follow security protocols
  • Document and report incidents with accuracy
  • Coordinate withsecurity teams and law enforcement when needed
  • Troubleshootminor system or camera issues
  • Stay up to date onsecurity procedures and best practices

  • Front Desk/Admin, Hotel/Night Audit, Banking, Customer service, loss prevention,corrections, or other roles that requirestrong attention to detailand monitoringcustomers and property in real-life situations
  • Individuals who canstay focusedand work independently
  • Anyone comfortable managingmultiple screens and alerts
✅ Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to workshifts consistently
  • Bonusif you have any level of familiarity with CCTV, security systems, or alarm software (even if very minimal)
