The Customer Finance Services Representative will support end‑to‑end Accounts Receivable (AR) operations for assigned markets, including credit management, collections, billing, and dispute handling.Â
Key responsibilities include:Â
Performcredit assessments for new and existing customers in accordance with company credit policiesÂ
ConductAccounts Receivable follow‑ups with customers on overdue payments to ensure timely collectionÂ
Manageinvoice disputes and cash application issues, coordinating with internal teams for effective resolutionÂ
Supportbilling activities, including invoice inquiries and corrections where requiredÂ
Handleother AR‑related customer inquiries in a timely and accurate mannerÂ
Communicate directly with customers viaphone and email to resolve AR issues professionallyÂ
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Sales, Operations, and Finance) to ensure smooth issue resolutionÂ
Act as ateam player, actively contributing to operational excellence, process improvements, and service quality through clear and effective communicationÂ

Job RequirementsÂ

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsÂ
Detail‑oriented with good analytical and problem‑solving abilitiesÂ
Fast learner, proactive self-starter, strong multitasker, and able to thrive in fast-paced environmentsÂ
Ability to work in a regional, multicultural environmentÂ
Experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or Customer Finance Services is preferredÂ
Education: Secondary education (O’Level or Form 5) or equivalent
Experience: Three (3) years of related work experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment
