The Manager, Field Enablement and Delivery is responsible for equipping frontline employees and site leaders with the skills, tools, and training needed to deliver consistent, high-quality service. This role designs and executes practical, job-specific learning programs that align with operational standards, safety requirements, and organizational goals.Serving as a critical link between Learning & Development and field operations, this role partners closely with Operations, Client Services, and HR to identify skill gaps, implement hands-on training solutions, and reinforce performance through coaching at the site level.
In addition to frontline training execution, this role also contributes to enterprise learning efforts by supporting facilitation, train-the-trainer initiatives, and leadership program delivery in partnership with L&D program and design teams. This position plays a key role in driving service consistency, improving workforce readiness, and ensuring audit and compliance success.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Training Strategy & Execution
- Design, develop, and continuously improve practical, role-based training programs for frontline employees across service lines
- Translate standard operating procedures into clear, scalable training materials, including job aids, playbooks, and hands-on learning experiences
- Implement blended learning approaches, including instructor-led training, on-the-job training, and field-based reinforcement
- Ensure training content reflects current operational standards, safety requirements, and client expectations
Field Enablement & Performance Improvement
- Partner with Operations and Client Services to identify skill gaps and deploy targeted training and coaching solutions
- Conduct site visits to assess performance, reinforce standards, and ensure consistent application of training
- Provide hands-on coaching to frontline employees, supervisors, and site leaders to improve job performance and service delivery
- Reinforce training through real-time feedback, observation, and follow-up support
Enterprise Facilitation & Capability Building
- Partner with the Sr. Manager, Learning Programs & Capability and Learning Design teams to support delivery of leadership development programs
- Facilitate or co-facilitate select leadership, supervisor, or skill-building sessions as needed
- Lead and support train-the-trainer initiatives to build facilitation capability across operations and L&D partners
- Serve as a subject matter expert in field execution to ensure enterprise learning programs are practical, relevant, and grounded in operational reality
- Reinforce leadership training concepts in the field by connecting program content to day-to-day application
Consistency, Compliance & Standards
- Ensure all training aligns with company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., CIMS, OSHA)
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect changes in processes, regulations, and client needs
- Track training completion, compliance, and required certifications across assigned populations
- Support audit readiness through accurate training documentation and recordkeeping
Measurement & Continuous Improvement
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure training effectiveness and operational impact
- Analyze field feedback, audit results, and performance data to continuously improve training programs
- Identify trends and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness and workforce performance
- Balance standardization across regions with flexibility to meet specific account or client needs
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR, Client Services, and L&D leaders to align training with business priorities
- Act as a trusted partner to site leaders by delivering practical, relevant, and actionable training solutions
- Provide feedback to L&D program and design teams to inform future learning experiences
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in training, workforce development, or operations within janitorial, facilities, maintenance, or related industries
- Proven ability to design and deliver frontline or vocational training programs that drive measurable performance improvement
- Strong knowledge of custodial operations, equipment, and safety requirements
- Experience working with diverse, distributed, and multilingual employee populations
- Demonstrated ability to coach and influence frontline leaders in a field-based environment
- Experience facilitating or co-facilitating training sessions for both frontline employees and leadership audiences
- Strong facilitation, communication, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze training effectiveness and use data to drive continuous improvement
- Willingness to travel up to 30–50%
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Experience with CIMS, OSHA, or similar certification programs
- Experience supporting train-the-trainer programs or building facilitation capability in others

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
