Production Supervisor, Mech. Assembly, PCV Tucson

Safety & Compliance

• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct safety observations, address hazards, and support incident investigations and corrective actions.

Production Leadership

• Lead daily mechanical assembly operations for slurry pumps and related equipment.
• Execute production schedules while meeting safety, quality, delivery, and productivity targets.
• Resolve production issues and remove barriers impacting throughput.

Quality & Continuous Improvement

• Ensure adherence to engineering specifications, assembly procedures, and quality standards.
• Drive root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and reduce waste.

People Leadership

• Supervise, coach, and develop assembly technicians and leads.
• Manage performance, attendance, training, and employee development while fostering a culture of accountability and teamwork.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Partner with Planning, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Machining teams to ensure smooth execution of customer orders.
• Escalate material, capacity, or technical issues that may impact delivery commitments.

Performance Management

• Monitor and improve key metrics including safety, quality, on-time delivery, labor efficiency, productivity, and employee engagement.
