• Exp: 6–10+ years of Restaurant/QSR technology experience with strong Crunchtime expertise.
What You'll Do
• Assess current Crunchtime configuration, processes, and maturity
• Review menu, recipe, ingredient, and food-cost setup
• Identify food-cost leakage, data-quality and configuration gaps
• Review inventory, purchasing, and supply-chain processes
• Analyze integrations across Crunchtime, POS, ERP, suppliers, and downstream systems
• Troubleshoot data flows, interfaces/APIs and synchronization issues
• Define stronger menu and recipe data governance
• Recommend quick wins and stabilization actions
• Support future-state alignment with a Stibo/MDM-centric menu architecture
• Build a prioritized remediation and transformation roadmap
