Location: All Tennessee locations - In-Person (TN) & Telehealth

is seeking a passionate, dedicated Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our growing team of mental health professionals. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic outpatient clinic setting that combines in-person care with the flexibility of telehealth appointments.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and follow-up care
• Diagnose and treat a range of psychiatric conditions in adults and/or adolescents
• Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with evidence-based guidelines
• Maintain timely, thorough clinical documentation
• Collaborate with a clinical team to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in peer review, team meetings, and ongoing education

Qualifications

• Current APRN licenseorPhysician Assistant license(required)
• PMHNP Board Certification or Advanced certification in Mental Health (required)
• Graduate from Advanced Mental Health training
  
• Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset
• Comfort with technology and EMR systems for telehealth care delivery
• Experience in outpatient psychiatric settings is a plus
