We are seeking an ERP Administrator to steward day-to-day demands and support its ongoing development. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about building technology that serves people.

Principal Responsibilities:

  • Build, maintain, audit, and document processes for the Market by Met Council ERP

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize functionality, reports, dashboards, and UX/UI improvements

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for staff and end-user support — training on data entry, access, and system navigation, and resolving day-to-day issues with a service-first, customer-care approach

  • Troubleshoot with Salesforce as needed and manage/communicate changes from seasonal Salesforce updates

  • Configure and maintain user profiles, access, and security protocols

  • Track recurring support issues to inform training materials, documentation, and system improvements

  • Help align system activities with physical warehouse operations and daily maintenance processes

  • Scope and manage larger system projects as needed (e.g., new APIs)

  • Support systems alignment and issue resolution across our B2B and B2C platforms, including the client-facing ordering experience

Competencies:

  • Self-starter who is curious, proactive, and enjoys learning new tools and processes

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to troubleshooting

  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing deliverables across support requests and projects

  • Ability to translate operational and warehouse workflows into system requirements

  • Strong communication and training skills, with a customer service orientation for staff of all technical levels

  • Detail-oriented, with strong data governance and documentation habits

  • Familiarity with food banking or emergency food service a plus; genuine interest in learning about the industry required

Skill and Education:

  • 2–4 years of Salesforce Administration experience; Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201) certification required

  • Experience configuring custom objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, Flow, and other declarative automation tools

  • Working knowledge of Python, SQL, and Tableau; familiarity with Apex, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components a plus

  • Experience managing user security (profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing rules), integrations/APIs, and reporting/dashboards

  • Help desk or end-user support experience, and comfort supporting both B2B and B2C platforms a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience); nonprofit or food/logistics background a plus

Special Requirements:

  • This position requires candidates to be located in New York and able to work on-site or on a hybrid schedule.

Compensation: $85,000 - $95,000 per year

Benefits:Major medical, dental, vision and life insurance; pre-tax commuter benefits; FSA; 403(b) with employer contribution; plus generous vacation, sick leave and holidays.
