AI Product Manager (m/w/d) - Residential Building Modernization (SaaS)

Own and scale the products that make homes more sustainable. At credium, you'll lead the charge on our AI-powered tools and data products that accelerate the modernization of residential buildings - empowering both banks and homeowners to take smart actions

As our AI Product Owner for Sustainability, you’ll take end-to-end ownership of credium’s sustainability-focused products - from automated building assessments to the user interfaces that enable climate-smart decisions.
This role sits at the intersectionof Data/AI, domain knowledge, regulation, usability and interface- helping turn complex building data into intuitive, compliant, and impactful tools. You’ll work closely with engineers, AI experts, and external partners to push the boundaries of what digital sustainability can do.

• Own the full product lifecycle for sustainability-related features, APIs, and interfaces
• Translate customer needs and regulations into elegant, effective product experiences
• Define product logic, edge cases, and data validation in collaboration with ourAI/Data and Software Team as well as the founders of credium
• Turn direct customer insights into sharp product decisions, clear positioning, and traction-driving differentiation.
• Set clear success metrics, documentation, and feedback loops

• Sharp analytical skills - you connect the dots and structure the unstructured
• Strong product mindset - focused on user value, feasibility, and iteration
• Ownership mentality - you bring clarity and momentum without waiting for instructions
• Experience in startups - you’re comfortable wearing multiple hats and thrive in ambiguity
• 2–5 years of experience in product management, tech strategy, or ops
• Bonus: (Former) Energie-Effizienz-Experte, experience with APIs, or data-heavy products
• Extra bonus: Exposure to ESG/green finance or digital assessments
