Rental Coordinator

Join Crown Equipment as a Rental Coordinator and play a key role in supporting the efficient operation of our rental business. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders across Sales, Service and Transport, you will coordinate equipment movements, manage rental agreements and help deliver outstanding customer service. 

This fast-paced and varied role suits someone who is highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and committed to providing accurate, timely and professional support while maintaining fleet records and supporting day-to-day rental operations. 

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate rental enquiries, customer requests and stakeholder communication.

• Manage rental equipment allocations, agreements, deliveries, collections and off-hires.

• Maintain fleet records, equipment availability, utilisations and inventory accuracy.

• Coordinate transport, workshop repairs and equipment movements to meet operational requirements.

• Process rental adjustments, credits, invoicing and related documentation.

• Maintain accurate records and reporting while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, service coordination, customer service, or a similar role.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• High attention to detail with strong accuracy and problem-solving ability.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word).

• Experience in rental, fleet, transport or a related industry is desirable.
