We currently have an exciting opportunity for afull-time Hotel Front Desk Night Auditor to join our Hotel and Conference team. This is a great opportunity to work within a capable, close-knit team and develop your career in the hospitality industry.

Reporting directly to the Front Office Manager, the Night Auditor is a key member of the hotel team responsible for theovernight operations of the hotel from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with shifts commencing Sunday to Thursday.Combining front-desk service with essential night-audit activities, you will support guests throughout the night, verify the accuracy of guest accounts,and reconcile and balance charges.

Keyresponsibilitiesinclude:

• Performinghotelguestcheck-inandcheck-out

• Settlingaccountsforearlydepartures

• Addressingcustomerqueriesandresolvingcustomerissues,andcompletingthenecessaryreconciliationandreports

• Conductingwalkthroughsofthebuildingtoensureitissecure,andreportinganymaintenanceissues

• Workingalongsiderelevantstakeholderstodeliveronsharedoutcomes

Youhaveapositiveattitude,agenuinecustomerservicefocus,andthetechnicalabilitytoprocessthenightlyauditofallfrontofficetransactions.Comfortableworkingautonomouslythroughovernightshifts,youenjoysolvingproblemsastheyariseandtakeprideindeliveringmemorableguestexperiences.

Selection Criteria

• Demonstrated skill and experience within a customer facing role providing excellent service to a culturally diverse customer base,

• Experience incustomerbillingandinvoice processing,

• Excellentattentiontodetail,

• Availabilityandcapabilitytoworkautonomouslyacrossovernightshifts

• Strongtimemanagement and organisational skills,

• Acalm,service-focusedapproachtoresolvingguestqueriesandissues, and

• Experience usinghotelmanagementsystems(e.g.,Opera)isdesirable.

*** This position requires a Criminal History Check, and applicants must hold a current First Aid Certificate.
