AsProduct Management Director for Coupa’s Contract Management solution, you will be the strategic owner of a mission‑critical domain that sits at the center of procurement execution, supplier relationships, and enterprise governance. You will define and drive the long‑term product vision for Contract Management while ensuring deep, seamless integration across Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, and downstream systems.

- Own the Domain Vision & Strategy:Lead the end‑to‑end product strategy and roadmap for the Contract Management domain, spanning ingestion, authoring, negotiation, execution, and post‑signature management. Define how contract data becomes a strategic system of record and insight across Procurement, Sourcing, Supplier Management, Risk, and Finance.
- Solve Complex Customer Problems: Partner closely with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to uncover real‑world challenges and translate them into clear, prioritized product outcomes. Balance usability, governance, flexibility, and automation to meet the needs of legal, procurement, finance, and business teams.
- Drive Cross‑Product & Executive Alignment: Ensure Contract Management is deeply aligned with Coupa’s broader platform strategy and business goals.
- Partner Deeply with Engineering: Collaborate with architects, engineering leads, and QA to define high‑quality requirements, user stories, and success metrics. Guide complex technical initiatives involving AI, data extraction, analytics, workflow orchestration, and integrations—while ensuring reliability and scalability.
- Lead Go‑To‑Market & Adoption: Partner with Product Marketing to define positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with executives, practitioners, and buyers. Act as a product evangelist, delivering compelling customer briefings, roadmap presentations, and industry thought leadership.
- Stay Ahead of the Market: Continuously assess the competitive landscape, regulatory trends, and customer maturity to keep Coupa’s Contract Management solution best‑in‑class.
