We are currently seeking a "Corporate Real Estate Analyst" for a Contract role with one of our clients based in Ashburn, VA. Please apply if you would be interested and available for it.

Duration:12+ Months Contract
Pay Range: $40 - $45/Hr on W2
Location:Hybrid / Ashburn, VA

Job Description:

Customer facing experience is essential and hospitality background.
Bachelor's degree is a must have.
Act as a conduit for interdepartmental communication, facilitating cohesion and collaboration.
Create engaging and informative communications for office events and information using Outlook, Viva Engage, and Office Raven tools.
Excellent verbal and written English and communication skills, social media savvy.
Outstanding interpersonal and multi-tasking skills are required.
Adept at dealing with difficult customers or situations, ensuring a successful outcome for both the customer and CRE.
Manage event logistics and budgets meticulously, maximizing resources while delivering memorable experiences
Gather post event feedback for future event enhancement.
