The Senior Employee Relations Partner, Investigations supports QVC Group in the US, and helps create a fair, respectful, and compliant workplace through expert employee relations guidance and workplace investigations.
In this role, you’ll own complex employee relations matters from intake through resolution. You’ll investigate concerns involving harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and policy violations, while providing clear guidance to managers and People Team partners. Your work will help protect the business, support team members, and ensure issues are handled consistently, thoughtfully, and with care.
You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Employee Relations Office and work as a trusted individual contributor in a high-impact ER function. This is a strong fit if you bring sound judgment, strong investigation skills, and the ability to manage sensitive matters with objectivity, discretion, and confidence.
Where You’ll Work
This role is remote; job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New Jersey. This role may require you to be on site at our West Chester, PA location as needed.

What You’ll Do
Lead prompt, thorough, and impartial investigations into workplace concerns, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, and policy violations
Gather and assess facts, conduct interviews, evaluate evidence, and document findings and recommendations clearly and accurately
Advise managers and People Team partners on employee relations matters, policy interpretation, and compliant, consistent resolution approaches
Track employee relations activity, identify patterns and risk trends, and recommend practical actions to improve consistency, compliance, and workplace experience
Support employee relations processes including corrective action, performance-related matters, and other escalated workplace concerns
Help deliver training and guidance on employee relations practices, policy application, and employment law compliance
What You’ll Bring
5+ years of experience in employee relations, workplace investigations, or a closely related HR role
5+ years of experience conducting complex workplace investigations involving concerns such as harassment, discrimination, retaliation, misconduct, or policy violations
Strong working knowledge of U.S. employment laws and regulations, including Title VII, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, and applicable state laws
Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential matters with sound judgment, impartiality, and professionalism
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear documentation, findings, and recommendations
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
