Job description:

We’re looking for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and wants to **learn a proven sales culture before stepping into leadership**.

This role **starts as a BDR**, working US hours from London and selling alongside our US-based team. You will be trained on our **existing sales playbook**, learn how we operate in the States, and execute at a high level before taking on additional responsibility.

We’ve opened our **first European office**, and we want someone who can absorb our culture, apply it locally, and eventually help **scale our European operations**.

### What You’ll Do

* Execute as a BDR helping build a **sales playbook**
* Work **US hours** to stay closely aligned with our US sales team
* Learn our sales culture, messaging, and execution standards
* Consistently generate pipeline and book qualified meetings
* Gradually take on leadership responsibilities as the London office grows

### What We’re Looking For

* Strong executor who wants to **earn leadership through performance**
* Prior BDR / SDR experience preferred
* Coachable and eager to learn an established sales motion
* Comfortable operating independently once trained
* Interested in long-term growth into a European leadership role
* Based in London
