What You'll Do

As aRemote USRN, you'll work as an extension of our clients' clinical teams by providing virtual nursing support, patient coordination, and clinical documentation while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments and care plan reviews
• Coordinate patient care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Perform telehealth nursing support and patient follow-ups
• Review and reconcile medication records
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation within EHR/EMR systems
• Support delegation, care coordination, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and healthcare providers
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

You’ll likely thrive in this role if you have:

• ActiveTexas Registered Nurse (RN) License
• Fluent inEnglish and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience in U.S. healthcare or virtual clinical support
• Strong knowledge of patient assessments, care planning, and clinical documentation
• Experience usingEHR/EMR systems (Epic, Cerner, or similar)
• Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
• Solid understanding ofHIPAA and healthcare compliance
• Comfortable working remotely duringU.S. Central Time (CST) business hours

Nice to Have

• Virtual Nursing or Remote USRN experience
• BPO/CPO healthcare experience
• Prior Authorization or Managed Care experience
• Telehealth experience
• Medication management and pharmacy coordination experience
