Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who enjoys keeping things moving behind the scenes? OOIDA is looking for aMembership Coordinatorto join our team and provide essential administrative and operational support to our Membership Manager and Membership Department.
About the Position
In this role, you’ll coordinate recurring administrative processes, reporting, documentation, follow-up, and day-to-day department needs. You’ll help ensure information is accurate, tasks stay on track, and the Membership team has the support it needs to succeed.
This position is also part of the continued transformation of OOIDA’s Membership Department. As we move beyond simply processing memberships toward building stronger member relationships, improving retention and engagement, and growing our membership base, the Membership Coordinator will help identify opportunities to improve processes, strengthen accountability, and create greater capacity for the team.

Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Three or more years of administrative, customer service, operations, or coordination experience preferred.
- Experience supporting a manager or department preferred.
- Experience with membership, CRM, or customer service systems is a plus.
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
