Costing Controller

• Maintain and controlstandard costing in SAP across multiple legal entities (EU Fluid plants), ensuring accuracy and consistency.

• Manage and validate key master data in SAP, includingmaterials, BOMs, routings, work centers, and overhead rates.

• Ensure alignment of costing methodology withGroup policies and controlling standards.

• Prepare and supportcost data for budgeting and forecasting processes.

• Perform regularcost analysis and variance identification using SAP and Excel-based tools.

• Develop and improveanalytical models and automation in Excel (advanced formulas, data validation, reporting).

• Supportcross-plant harmonization of costing processes and data structures.

• Ensure compliance withinternal controls and audit requirements (incl. SOX) within the costing area.

Key requirements (technical focus):

• Strong hands-on experience withSAP (CO/PC, material costing, standard cost calculation)

• AdvancedExcel skills (pivot tables, complex formulas, data analysis, automation)

• Solid understanding ofmanufacturing costing (BOM, routings, overheads, variances)

• Experience working withmultiple entities / plants / cross-country structures

• Ability toanalyze large datasets and identify inconsistencies

• Polish and English language is required
