The role
This role supports the end-to-end franchise lifecycle, including franchisee recruitment, agreement preparation, renewals, engagement, issue resolution and compliance. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, prospective franchisees, existing franchisees, legal, finance and operations teams to ensure franchise processes are well-managed, commercially sound and compliant.
The role requires strong commercial judgement, particularly the ability to understand financial performance, Income & Expense mechanics, Balance Sheets and the financial implications of franchise decisions.
Open to Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane based candidates
Key responsibilities:
Managing and supporting franchisee recruitment processes
Preparing and coordinating franchise agreements and renewal documentation
Conducting face-to-face interviews and presentations with prospective franchisees
Supporting engagement activities, documenting issues, resolving matters where appropriate and escalating complex or high-risk cases
Compliance tracking, reporting, process improvement and governance across recruitment, agreements, renewals and franchisee engagement
What’s in your toolkit?
The successful applicant will need strong communication, stakeholder management and documentation skills, confidence in presenting to prospective franchisees, sound understanding of contracts, and the ability to work with sensitive commercial information in a structured and professional manner.
Franchise experience is not essential, but the candidate must be confident interpreting business financials, reviewing contractual documentation and explaining commercial concepts clearly.
As part of the broader Franchise team, the role will collaborate with colleagues based across Australia, working in an agile environment that supports flexibility, responsiveness and cross-functional teamwork.
The team operates under a hybrid working model, with team members expected to work from the office three days per week to support collaboration, stakeholder engagement and effective delivery of franchise lifecycle activities.
